The project “Mettersi in ballo – I see myself/Listen to myself” is part of the national program ‘School open space to culture’ created with the contribution of MiBact – Directorate General for Contemporary Art and Architecture and urban suburbs, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education.

The short film documents the activity carried out within the music, photography and oreutics workshops that were held in the school “Rita Atria” located in the Vucciria district. The narration alternates images of the workshops with scenes shot in the neighbourhood in a playful alternation of music and dance. The contents of the film highlight the theme of social integration. The school in fact is largely attended by students of many different nationalities.
